The tourist information center tic in Prenzlauer Berg is the central visitor information in thenorth-eastof Berlin and your well-informed service point.Here you will be informed about what is worth seeing and worth experiencing in thesubdistricts of Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow,and Weißensee. In the daily openinformation point,the visitors will find an extensivedisplay of informationregarding offers of the region and a friendly helpful multi-lingual team, that takes care of you. Here in the Ticket Shop you can buy the Berlin WelcomeCard, the Museumspass Berlin, tickets for museums, the zoo and zoo and for other attractions. You can purchase tickets for sightseeing tours and boat trips or buy the 24-hour ticket of the BVG. Further special postcards, interesting Berlin literature, souvenirs and city maps.
